Winter Holding On

Last night we had a coating of ice come in on top of our snow.  Tomorrow we are under a winter storm watch.  Winter is going no where fast

STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.

HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE
INTO THURSDAY NIGHT BEFORE DIMINISHING. ACCUMULATIONS OF 5 TO 8
INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.
