Happy New Year!  Over the Christmas holidays Troy and I got all the summer confirmation letters made out.  If you made a summer reservation one will be coming to your mail box in the next few days.  It is always nice to get the mailing done and in the mail.  Each year I say we will get them done before Christmas but it never happens.  Deposits are due January 20th please make sure to get them in or contact me by that time if you need to cancel.  Everyone always asks why January for deposits due, there is a simple answer, property taxes are due January 31st.
