The lake is slowly… slowly getting darker and darker

Cliff sinking deeper and deeper into the ice.  Temps are dipping back down on Wednesday for awhile so his plunge is going to take a little longer

Boats will be floating soon

In the meantime the guys have been working on the new dock pallets.  I hear there is a truck coming from the lumber company soon with Craig’s shopping trip to town on it

Troy and I have been busy keeping up with the trees.  The sap has been non stop.  We now have two fires going trying to keep up to our 40 trees.  It has been a great year for maple syrup but I won’t know our total until we boil it all down
